Data we collect

  • Identity and contact details (name, email, phone if provided)
  • Class preferences, preferred dates, and message content from forms
  • Enrollment and payment references handled offline
  • Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted
  • Cookie preference stored in your browser under a brand-prefixed key

We do not ask for national ID numbers, bank passwords, or brokerage login credentials through this website.

Purposes

We use data to respond to inquiries, manage seats and schedules, issue invoices, improve classroom materials, and — only if you accept analytics cookies — understand which pages help visitors choose a class.

Depending on context we rely on your request to take steps toward a contract (enrollment), our legitimate interest in operating a teaching institute securely, and consent where required for non-essential cookies.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active enrollment dispute. Enrollment records are retained for seven years for accounting and legal requirements in Thailand. Analytics data, when enabled, is retained according to the cookie table on our cookies page.

Sharing

We use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information when required by Thai law or to protect the institute, staff, or participants.

International transfers

Our primary operations are in Thailand. If a processor stores data outside Thailand, we take reasonable contractual and technical steps appropriate to the transfer.

Your rights

Subject to Thai personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to certain processing, and you may withdraw cookie consent without losing access to class information pages. Children

Classes are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 through this site.
