Refunds & cancellations
Scope
This policy applies to paid seats in Trend Foundations Workshop, Momentum Review Intensive, Private Chart Hours, and related make-up sessions offered by LeafBase Institute. It does not cover third-party products, software subscriptions, or goods we do not sell.
Eligibility window
- Full refund of amounts paid: written cancellation received at least 14 days before the first scheduled class session or private appointment.
- Partial refund (50%): cancellation between 13 and 7 days before the first session.
- No refund: cancellation within 6 days of the first session, no-shows, or departure after a cohort has begun (except where we cancel the offering).
Deposits follow the same timelines unless a confirmation email states a stricter hold for a waitlisted seat.
Non-refundable items
- Printed materials already produced for a named participant within 7 days of class start
- Third-party venue fees on closed corporate cohorts once booked
- Completed private chart hours
Rescheduling
You may request one complimentary reschedule of a private session if notice arrives at least 48 hours ahead. Cohort transfers to a later intensive are allowed once if seats exist and notice arrives at least 7 days before the original start; an administrative fee of THB 800 may apply.
If we cancel
If LeafBase Institute cancels a class, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later date. We are not responsible for travel or hotel costs.
Work already started
Once a multi-evening intensive has held its first session, refunds are not issued for remaining evenings, though documented medical emergencies may receive a partial credit toward a future cohort at our discretion.
How to request a refund
Email hello@system-leafbase.click with your full name, class name, payment reference, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and process approved refunds within 14 business days to the original payment method when possible.
No-shows
Missing a session without notice counts as attendance for that evening. Make-up hours are optional paid add-ons, not automatic refunds.
