By accessing system-leafbase.click or enrolling in a LeafBase Institute class, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit enrollment requests.

About us

LeafBase Institute provides in-person and scheduled private instruction in technical analysis, including trend analysis and momentum review classes, from our Bangkok office. Contact details appear in the site footer.

Informational content

Website copy, field notes, sample worksheets, and fee tables are for general information. They are not investment advice, brokerage services, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. Classroom discussion of charts does not constitute a personal recommendation.

Enrollment contracts

Submitting the contact form requests information only. A binding enrollment arises when we confirm a seat in writing and you pay the stated deposit or session fee according to that confirmation.

Intellectual property

Course materials, printed packs, wall charts, and website text remain the property of LeafBase Institute or their respective owners. You may keep your personal notes and marked sheets from sessions you attended. You may not reproduce, resell, or publish institute materials without prior written consent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site (including attempting unauthorized access), submit false enrollment details, disrupt classes, or record sessions without permission from instructors and participants.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, LeafBase Institute is not liable for trading losses, indirect or consequential damages, or decisions you make after attending a class. Our total liability related to a paid enrollment is limited to fees you paid for that specific class or session.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or your enrollment, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
